WRT is looking for a
Video Production Intern to join our marketing team. The Video Production Intern will support the project management, development, and implementation of videos that drive engagement on social media while inspiring affinity for WRT's brand.
WRT's video storytelling aims to achieve the following:
•Amplify underrepresented stories to inspire equitable, resilient, and thriving places in the future
•Show how projects can address community needs and bring lasting positive impact
•Paint the legacy of the firm for the next generation
Technical responsibilities include filming documentary style interviews and b-roll, as well as creating graphics and animation to support video narratives. Being able to edit creatively and efficiently is a must-have skillset. This position works in cooperation with the
Video Production Coordinator and the
Director of Marketing and Communications. Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/hour
Skills & Requirements
Responsibilities include: - Assisting in video pre-production, production, and post-production
- Organizing visual assets (including video clips, graphics, and sound files, to facilitate smooth production workflows)
- Helping edit, produce, and develop compelling videos for WRT's website and social media.
The ideal candidate will: - Be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in media production, marketing, film, communications, photography, graphic design, or a related field
- Have strong technical video / photo composition and editing skills along with excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite programs (i.e., After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Possess critical thinking, willingness to learn new skillsets, and effective interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in 3-D video animation is a plus
