Job Description

This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students within a K-12 educational setting. Located in Brockton, MA, this paraprofessional position is ideal for someone passionate about applied behavior analysis and committed to facilitating student growth and development throughout the academic year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and programs as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring behavioral assistance.
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress to inform ongoing programming.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical guidelines related to student services.
