Aluminum Welder

Location: South Charlotte, NC (initially) ? relocating to Belmont, NC Pay Range: $19.00 $25.00 per hour (based on welding experience and proficiency in MIG, TIG, or both) Schedule: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our growing team. This position will start at our South Charlotte facility and will transition to our new Belmont location in the near future. You'll be working with aluminum parts and assemblies, applying MIG and/or TIG welding techniques to deliver precise, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, or combination welding on aluminum parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and measure finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience welding aluminum (MIG, TIG, or both).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of welding safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19$25/hour, depending on welding skill level and process expertise.
