Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair.
Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience by offering attentive service.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage bar inventory and keep track of stock levels.
Assist in the preparation of bar-related menus and seasonal drink specials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus.
