Remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Alpharetta Georgia
Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our remote team! If youre someone who truly cares about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and wants the flexibility of working from home, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Assessments and write up treatment plans
Supervise clients and RBTs remotely (mostly through video calls)
Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed
Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home
Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team
Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can
What Were Looking For:
BCBA certification (must have)
Masters degree in ABA or a related field
At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)
Solid telehealth/remote experience is a big plus
Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing
Great communication and time-management skills
Able to stay organized and work independently from home
