Evergreen Charter School is seeking a School Receptionist for the Elementary School Grades 2-4. The mission of the Evergreen Charter School (ECS) is to nurture the intellectual, physical and social development of children, through a comprehensive program that promotes academic excellence and prepares its students for success in school and in life.

Primary Responsibilities:

The School Receptionist's responsibilities include, and are not limited to, the following:

• Answers school's phone main line, and greets students, parents, and visitors.
• Nurtures and maintains positive interactions with students, parents and families.
• Distributes information on a variety of topics with administration, teachers, and student's families through multiple communication channels.
• Assists in all incoming requests and inquiries received from parents and families, and communicates them promptly to the respective staff members.
• Maintains a welcoming, organized, and professional school's front desk area.
• Stocks, tracks, and maintains inventory of office products and supplies.
• Completes various administrative duties, such as, monitoring late arrivals and dismissals, maintaining records of school's operations, updating students and parents contact information, etc.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and proficient in handling a wide range of inquiries and requests.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent phone skills, and able to communicate in English and Spanish by phone, in writing, and in person.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience in using common office equipment, including mail processing equipment.
• Excellent command of the Spanish language.

Education:

High School diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $32, $36,000.00 per year
