A French-speaking Customer Service Ambassador that manages the order-to-cash cycle for specific portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities include handling orders, deliveries, and backorders, managing customer data, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer issues like claims and queries.

The role requires fluency in both French and English, strong B2B customer service and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 

Responsibilities

  • Order and Delivery Management: Oversee the entire order flow from entry to delivery, coordinating with logistics, planning, and customers.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries, complaints, and claims via various communication channels.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data.
  • Backorder Management: Manage backorders to ensure a clean status.
  • Reporting: Create and issue customer-related reports to support the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales events and projects, including preparation and execution. 

Qualifications

  • Language: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: At least one year of B2B customer service experience is preferred. Proven customer-facing and sales experience is also advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Good knowledge of order-to-cash processes, Incoterms, and customs rules.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented, results-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Software: Experience with SAP is a plus.
