Process Operator – Capsules

Open Positions:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM - $21/hr.
• Pay Increase: Eligible for a $1.00/hour raise after certification (typically within 3–6 month

Projected Start Date: June 30

Position Summary

As a Process Operator in the Capsules department, you will be responsible for preparing and blending batch formulations of liquid and powder ingredients for capsule manufacturing. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch Formulation: Prepare and blend liquid and powder ingredients according to precise batch formulations.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and monitor capsule manufacturing equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet required health, safety, and quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately record batch details, yields, and ingredient usage.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Sanitation & Organization: Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
• Training & Development: Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Work Schedule:

This position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days), providing every other weekend off and consistent 12-hour shifts.
