Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief of Administration Officer, a key member of the networks overall leadership team. This strategic leadership role reports to the CEO and oversees and optimizes Bricks operational functions, including finance, human resources, network operations, and Regional Operations (Including Board Management). This role will ensure that all operational areas are aligned with the organizations mission, values, and strategic objectives, fostering efficiency, compliance, and growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, alignment with BRICKs mission, analytical abilities, and cross-functional expertise to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities$175,000 - $200,000 a year
