About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Enterprise IT to lead its dynamic Information Security and IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information security, including cloud security, DevSecOps, security operations, and security strategy. This pivotal role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's systems, supporting its rapidly evolving business and adhering to industry best practices. As the Head of Information Technology, the role also encompasses responsibility for all areas of the IT organization, including IT infrastructure, enterprise applications and insights, business systems, employee technology services, and IT analytics. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a complementary balance of business and technology in a SaaS environment, emphasizing business value, quality, and optimization of service. Strategic leadership is key, requiring strong partnerships across the company and the ability to translate IT capabilities into strategic business decisions. The CISO/Head of Enterprise IT will lead the development and implementation of security programs, drive the adoption of secure development practices, and manage security risks to ensure the resilience of IT systems and infrastructure. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of experience in Information Security and IT services, 8+ years of people management experience, and a proven track record of delivery in a rapidly changing environment are essential. The role demands a leader who can champion a culture of continuous learning, act as a strategic partner, and work effectively to influence and create client value.
