This role acts as the project manager for a large multi-site clinical trial, where the site is also the coordination center. Duties include coordinating all aspects of the trial at the Sponsor Level, such as procuring study drug, site and vendor management, developing study documents, overseeing study and data monitoring, reporting adverse events and protocol deviations, communicating with regulatory agencies and sponsors, and managing regulatory and financial documentation. The candidate will schedule meetings, review and write documents, design CRFs, liaise with vendors and IRBs, consult with biostatisticians, develop study manuals, workflows for SAE and protocol violations, track study metrics, and prepare reports and meetings for DSMB. Candidates with nursing degrees or laboratory bench experience will also handle biological samples for biomarker studies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field.
