Hiring: Construction/General Liability Associate (Looking for 3-9+ Years of Experience)

Location: White Plains, NY OR NYC

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Confidence : Independently manage a diverse caseload, including insurance defense, general liability, and construction matters under NYS Labor Law.
• Be the Voice in the Room : Regularly represent clients in court appearances and depositions, making your mark in the legal arena.
• Collaborate and Innovate : Work alongside seasoned attorneys and partners on complex legal projects, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
• Client-Centric Communication : Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance throughout the legal process

What You Bring:

• Credentials : JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
• Experience : At least 3-9 year of defense litigation experience, with a focus on construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241), insurance defense, premises liability, and/or general liability.
• Skills : Superior analytical abilities, strong written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to manage a caseload independently.
