Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday


Pay: $15/hr.


Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests and diagnose equipment issues
• Disassemble machines and examine parts for wear or defects
• Repair laptop or desktop units according to specifications
• Communicate with customers and perform rework as needed
• Reassemble machines after repairs
• Analyze equipment performance and assess functioning
• Install and configure new equipment and software
• Maintain repair parts inventories and place orders as needed
• Perform quality checks and tests
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of computer repair/assembly experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a quiet environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
