Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting and monitoring performance metrics to ensure departments are meeting their goals.
• Managing budgets and financial performance.
• Overseeing employees’ day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and ensuring their completion, and accomplishing your own goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee training.
• Implementing, managing and maintaining IT, hardware and software needs.
• Enforce all policies, procedures and guidelines
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
• Strong Background in WIP, percentage completion, journal entries.
• Filing of quarterly payroll taxes, business property taxes, management of fixed/leased assets.

• Proven success in a managerial role
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
• Need to be able to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.
• Effective communication skills are essential to convey your vision and strategy to teams.
• Managing budgets and understanding financial performance.
• Problem-solving- identify and solve complex problems to maintain the company’s performance.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Experience Required
1.At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
2.Construction Software- Viewpoint/Procontractor, is a plus.
