The Quanta Internship Program offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest utility infrastructure projects across America; these projects are modernizing and developing the grid to be able to handle everything from 5G buildout to the boom in electric vehicles.

What You'll Do

As a Corporate Real Estate intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the Real Estate department. You will assist with management of the real estate needs of Quanta Services, Inc. and its subsidiary organizations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to Real Estate methodologies, data analysis techniques, and strategies. This position is on site in our Corporate office in Houston, Texas.

Essential Job Skills/Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the Real Estate departments, which may include research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development.
  • Assist with real estate due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Utilizes internal property portfolio database to abstract all real estate contracts and warehouse all real estate documents.
  • Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the property portfolio database.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the maintenance and organization of files, documents, and records.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while ensuring the completion of assigned tasks.
