Our client, a leading player in the consumer retail industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Advisory Digital practice supporting the Premier Account Insights team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the program lead and subject matter expert for the large consumer retail company client account, providing deep research, insights, and points of view to guide the account's go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the client account team and leadership to understand business needs and challenges, translating those into targeted research and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive market, industry, and competitive intelligence reports to equip the account team with the latest data and trends.
• Leverage advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to transform complex information into compelling narratives and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on the client's strategic priorities and initiatives through continuous research and monitoring of industry news.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of recent experience in a strategic research, analysis, or advisory role, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth market, industry, and competitive research in the Consumer and Retail space.
• Proficient in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
