We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth through lead generation, account management, and direct sales strategies . We’re looking for go-getters with strong customer service skills and the ability to identify new opportunities in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
  • Conduct direct sales activities including canvassing, lead generation, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track activities, manage leads, and organize client accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions.
  • Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and outreach strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and market reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or account management (door-to-door, B2B, or similar preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and persistent with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in roofing, home services, or construction sales is a strong plus.
  • Commitment to providing top-tier customer service at all times.
