The Opportunity:

Ready to build something great? As a Factory Shop Team Member at Factory Karts, you'll be a vital part of a team dedicated to bringing American manufacturing back to the racing world. This role is more than just a job; it's a chance to apply your skills in a hands-on environment, from operating machinery to assembling our high-performance racing karts. You'll work directly on our products, ensuring every kart that leaves our shop meets the high standards of American ingenuity and quality. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our growth and play a key role in the daily production of our karts.

What You'll Do:

  • Production & Assembly: Operate pre-programmed machines and use hand tools to fabricate parts and assemble karts. You'll be the expert at your workstation, focusing on the quality and efficiency of your work.
  • Logistics: Manage finished goods and raw materials by stacking, loading, and organizing inventory. You'll also be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, ensuring they arrive on time and in perfect condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and your teammates to follow production schedules and meet daily demands. Your ability to work well with others is key to our success.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company safety procedures. You'll also assist in general shop maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Skills: You have experience in a production or manufacturing environment and are comfortable with the use of hand/air tools, electric grinders, and basic measuring devices like calipers and micrometers. A background in welding or machine operation is a big plus.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for quality and can follow production schedules and company processes with precision.
  • Physical Demands: You are able to handle the physical requirements of the job, including prolonged standing and bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Team Player: You're reliable, willing to learn, and can work effectively across multiple workstations. You understand that in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and alignment are critical.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to follow working hours and have transportation to and from work
