Field Service Technician Job Summary Seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of freeze-drying equipment installed globally. The role involves supporting equipment testing, production, and customer service when not traveling. - Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate service documentation and providing on-call support per customer agreements. Candidates must represent the company professionally and foster strong customer relationships.
