We’re hiring a General Manager to lead a high-performing fast casual restaurant in Kansas City. This is a full-scope leadership role — perfect for a hands-on operator who knows how to drive results through people, process, and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, high-energy shift
• Hire, train, and develop both hourly staff and leadership team
• Drive performance across key areas: guest service, labor, food cost, and team culture
• Manage inventory, scheduling, compliance, and full P&L
• Build a high-accountability environment where people want to work and grow

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in fast casual or QSR
• Confident leading FOH and BOH teams
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
• Results-focused with full understanding of cost control and operational metrics
• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Must pass a background check
