The Auctus Agency is a full-service nationwide event and experiential marketing agency headquartered in Bloomington, MN.

We are seeking a part-time graphic design intern who is motivated, detailed, professional and has creativity constantly on their mind. The graphic design intern will gain agency experience and be expected to deliver high-quality results toward strategic business objectives. We are looking for proactive and professional candidates currently enrolled in college or recent graduates who want to contribute to our growing agency.

This person will work closely with our Account Management team on:

- Concepting

- Design

- Presentation

- Internal and external communication

- Other graphic design duties as needed

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Highly motivated to pursue a career in a marketing agency or PR/event planning firm environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Intermediate computer knowledge/experience with Google Drive/G Suite

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary client and field staffer information

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures

Creative thinking and strong analytical skills

Design degree (in progress or recently completed) OR experience with design and seeking a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software platforms

This position requires working in our Bloomington offices. Compensation is $20 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
