Experienced Agency Healthcare Travel Recruiter - $32-$35/hr + Comm -- 6 Figure Potential!
This is an in-office position and cannot accommodate remote workers.

What You'll Do:
· Source, recruit, and build relationships with travel nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical staff
· Match candidates to contracts that align with their skills, goals, and preferences
· Guide travelers through credentialing, onboarding, pay and stipend packages
· Maintain active pipelines and ensure top-tier talent is already placed when their current contract is over
· Meet weekly/monthly placement goals and performance KPIs
· Provide ongoing support to clinicians while on assignment
· Collaborate with account managers and compliance teams to ensure smooth placements
What We’re Looking For:
· 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting (travel/contract staffing strongly preferred)
· Solid understanding of nurse licensing, travel contracts, the credentialing process and the ins-and-outs of the industry
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Driven, competitive, and self-motivated personality
· Must understand why a sense of urgency is critical to your success
· Proficient with ATS/CRM systems, sourcing tools and VMS technologies
· Experience with Vivian, Indeed, and various other recruiting platforms strongly preferred
· Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technologies
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
