Description We are looking for an HR Contact Center Representative to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a project within the financial services industry. This role involves assisting employees with inquiries related to benefits, open enrollment, and HR-related matters. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound employee inquiries regarding benefits, open enrollment, and HR-related topics. - Provide accurate information on medical benefits, verifying eligibility and coverage details. - Utilize multiple systems and tools efficiently to manage employee records and resolve issues. - Assist employees with onboarding processes and address employee relations concerns. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information. - Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment. - Coordinate benefits administration tasks and ensure timely processing. - Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in HRIS systems and employee records. - Support the open enrollment process by guiding employees through plan options and selections. - Document and track inquiries and resolutions in accordance with company protocols. Requirements - Previous experience in human resources or benefits administration. - Proficiency in handling high call volumes and multitasking across multiple systems. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical benefits processes. - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract project environment. - Remote work experience preferred. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
