AireServ Heating & AC of Council Bluffs has Immediate openings for a HVAC/R Service /Operations Manager with 10 year Experience in HVAC/R. Does not need a Journeyman License but defiinitely preferred.. Looking for someone who knows how to active grow & train technicians to get the most out of them but also work to help other departments maximize effeciency & performance.

As Service & Operations Manager your primary focus will be our HVAC Service Techs & CSRs to be sure that techs are being productive, accountable & doing their job correctly. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Ideally you have prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities: - Directly Oversee HVAC Service Department & work with dispatch as far as scheduling
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Work with office staff & technicians on Collections payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Making sire Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Review invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Make sure technicians are hitting KPIs needed to be a productive service department & generating repair & replacement opportunties
- Working with newer technicians to be sure they are advancing with apprenticeship & training
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Help with other business operations as needed. Installation & Plumbing
- Looking for someone with a technician understanding but a business mindset.
Job Requirements: - Experienced Residential & Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
- Previous Experience developing a service department is preferred
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
Salary
* Will be a mixture of salary plus performance based pay.
* A motivated person should have no issue hitting 6 figures if they do their job well & work well with people
