Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Independent Contractor – Remote)

Requirements:

• ✅ Fluent in Spanish & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• ✅ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• ✅ Strong computer and web-based platform proficiency
• ✅ Flexible availability — projects/shifts offered 24/7, Monday through Sunday
• ✅ Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn

Schedule

• Opportunities available Monday–Sunday, 24 hours/day
• Contractors bid on projects/shifts that best fit their schedule

Remote Work Readiness

• Complete a remote readiness test (upon approval) to confirm your setup meets project standards

• Desktop with 2 monitors or Laptop with 1 extra monitor
• Camera (built-in or USB)

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
