Your Launchpad to Listings & Leads We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our fast-moving, growth-focused real estate team. In this role, you’ll connect with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and hand off prospects to our experienced buyer and listing agents. This is a clear stepping stone toward becoming a Listing Agent—with access to quality leads, day-to-day coaching, and the systems needed to build momentum and gain confidence. Responsibilities: • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Team and individual sales • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Close transactions • Sales talk Qualifications: • Applicants must have a real estate license • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $130,000 at plan
