Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory for appropriate minimum/maximum re-order values with consideration for fluctuating market demands, clinical usage trends and seasonal impact to ensure inventory availability.
• Manage back-orders and out of stocks in accordance with the departmental policy and procedures.
• Analyze inventory usage (turns) to increase inventory turnover and reduce/eliminate stock with usage not meeting shelf value criteria.
• Review daily re-orders of automated re-supply process to ensure all transactions with identified vendors occurred. Ensure corrective actions are taken as required including expediting shipment of product.
• Assist with addressing recall notices in a timely manner and ensure proper communication occurs according to the appropriate policy and procedure.
• Expedite invoicing for payment by Accounts Payable in ongoing and timely manner.
• Assist with year-end inventory process and warehouse preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related inventory control or supply chain experience required.
• Prior experience with data inquiry, data entry and P.C. operations. Requires sound math and inquisitive skills resolving system[s] and inventory related issues.
• Ability to analyze, compose and articulate business opportunities and recommend best proactive outcomes for warehouse inventory.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit good oral and written skills.
• Ability to plan daily personal time management and long-term strategies through fiscal budget year activities.

Term: 6+ month contract with possible extension

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST

Location: Aurora, IL 60504

Pay: $24-26/hr
