Join a world-class litigation team at one of the few firms actively trying complex IP and AI-related cases at scale. This is a rare opportunity to work on copyright, trademark, trade secret, and generative AI matters for iconic technology companies—alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers.

Defend major technology clients in high-profile lawsuits involving AI model training, data scraping, and computer access under CFAA and related statutes.

True Trial Practice:

This team is in court regularly—offering meaningful opportunities to contribute to trials, not just pretrial work.

Multi-Forum Sophistication:

Handle litigation across federal and state courts, ITC proceedings, TTAB actions, and domain name disputes under UDRP.

Client-Facing From the Start:

Work directly with the biggest names in tech and media, while receiving mentorship from experienced trial partners and cross-disciplinary teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IP litigation (trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade secrets)
• Familiarity with the Lanham Act, DMCA, Copyright Act, CFAA, and related state laws
• Experience managing discovery, writing motions, and collaborating across teams
• Trial exposure is preferred, but not required
• Admission to practice in California or other firm office jurisdiction preferred
• Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $235,000–$365,000
