Lead Finance Coordinator

Location: Mahwah, NJ

Duration: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour

We are seeking a Lead Finance Coordinator to support the Joint Replacement FP&A team as a key member of the Finance Reporting group. In this role, you will play a critical part in month-end close activities , budgeting , forecasting , and financial reporting , while contributing to the overall performance and decision-making of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate recurring management reporting packages for key stakeholders.
• Support the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews .
• Manage the consolidation of CapEx and Non-GAAP submissions for projections and budgets; track monthly actuals.
• Consolidate and analyze cash flow reporting and commentary across actuals, projections, and budgets.
• Assist with the month-end close process , including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate and support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles .
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and exercise sound judgment based on best practices and prior experience.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting .
• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliation .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as BPC , HFM , and Apollo is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
