Lead Designer Job Job Summary: Seeking a talented and visionary Lead Designer to drive the creative and aesthetic direction of our next-generation slot games. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining the visual and interactive elements of our games, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and visually stunning. This individual will shape the look and feel of our games and contribute to enhancing user experience and engagement. Directly Supervises: May supervise and mentor junior designers in the future Essential Role Requirements: Passionate about slot and table gaming Establish and communicate the visual style and creative vision for our slot games, ensuring alignment with our brand and target audiences Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, animators, and UI/UX designers, fostering collaboration and innovation Collaborate with game developers, mathematicians, sound designers, and product managers to ensure cohesive game experiences Stay updated on trends in game design, technology, and user experience to innovate continually Oversee creation and management of visual assets, ensuring quality and performance optimization Design intuitive user interfaces and player experiences, incorporating feedback and usability testing Ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulations, working with QA teams Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Game Design, Fine Arts, or related field Minimum 5 years in game design with a strong portfolio in slot and table games Proven leadership and team mentorship experience Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with game development tools Strong understanding of UI/UX, color theory, typography, and design trends Excellent communication and collaboration skills Deep passion for gaming and understanding of what makes slot games engaging Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to type and talk on the phone for extended periods Disclaimer: This list is not exhaustive.
