At Buckeye Horizon we are a second-generation Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Company. Since opening our doors in 1956 we have been known as the premier HVAC and Plumbing company in the area with over 100 years of experience. We proudly services Richland, Ashland, Crawford and Morrow Counties. Our company mission statement is Nice People, Fair Prices, and Prompt Service. Our current staff is approximately 25 employees working in 3 divisions. We carry licenses for Plumbing, HVAC, Hydronics, and Refrigeration. We are also DOT Gas line certified as well as licensed for testing Backflow Preventors.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Installer will be responsible for installing new/replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning customers.
* Applicant is expected to install the following Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Geothermal and Indoor Air Quality. Must have the ability to make and install Ductwork also.
* Installer will be doing startups on new equipment and operations checklist to make sure equipment is working properly.
* Installer will have good communication with customers in their homes and places of work and therefore must maintain an acceptable appearance and manners.
* As a lead installer you will be working along side a helper.
* Installer will be expected to be present and on-time for scheduled work days and times.
* Installer will report to and take direction from the installation manager and follow all established company policies and procedures.
* Installer may occasionally be asked to work within the other company divisions when necessary.

*Requirements:*

* 2-5 years as an experienced HVAC installer is preferred, but not required.
* Candidates must be EPA Refrigeration Handling certified.
* Required abilities to braze and threading pipe.
* Required to make Line and Low Voltage Wiring connections.
* Ability to show up on time and clean up worksite before leaving.
* Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean/insurable driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
