Lotus Notes Lead (Hybrid)

Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Lead Lotus notes who’s passionate about software modernization, an individual who leads the design and development of HCL Notes Client and Web applications to meet business requirements

Job Location: Stillwater, MN

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of HCL Notes Client and Web applications to meet business requirements.

· Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

· Develop detailed technical documentation and design specifications.

· Ensure the security and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and validation.

· Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

· Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members

Key Qualifications:

· Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in HCL Notes Client and Web development.

· Should be able to develop apps in Lotus Script, Formula language, Javascript, Ajax etc.

· Should have worked on Lotus notes data migration, server upgrade

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

· Have experience in the manufacturing industry, which is highly desirable.

· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.

· Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

· Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
