Masonry Estimator

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-driven Masonry Estimator who loves the challenge of turning complex drawings into clear, accurate numbers. If you thrive in high-stakes estimating and want to be the go-to expert for commercial masonry bids, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications
  
  
• Perform material take-offs, labor analysis, and cost breakdowns
  
  
• Prepare bids and proposals for commercial masonry projects
  
  
• Build and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
  
  
• Assist in value engineering and project budgeting
  
  

Background:

• 5+ years experience in estimating (preferably masonry or concrete trades)
  
  
• Proven ability to bid and win commercial projects
  
  
• Strong proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and Bluebeam
  
  
• Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
