Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with a background in Neuroscience and Central Nervous System (CNS) to join their team. This role serves as a scientific bridge between the company and the medical community, supporting the advancement of CNS therapies through scientific exchange and collaboration.

• Salary Range: $155,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific support and education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) on CNS-related products and therapeutic areas.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research, clinical developments, and scientific trends in Neuroscience/CNS.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and HCPs to facilitate scientific dialogue.
• Deliver scientific presentations and training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical development teams to support trial planning, site identification, and investigator engagement.
• Analyze and interpret scientific data to inform internal strategy and external communications.
• Represent the company at scientific meetings, conferences, and professional events.
• Ensure all communications and activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or equivalent) in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Medicine, or a related field.
• Min. 4yrs of experience in an MSL role, with a focus on Neuroscience/CNS.
• Established relationships within assigned geographic regions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in scientific literature review and data interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% within the assigned region.
