Scheduling Requirements: - Must be available to work Monday and Saturday.
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week and 2-4 days per week.
Responsibilities: - Conduct skin care consultations and perform treatments.
- Recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to sales targets.
- Greet clients warmly and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their skin care concerns and goals.
- Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments with precision and expertise.
- Tailor treatments to match clients' chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Upsell premium skin care products to enhance clients' post-treatment care routine.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Center services, packages, memberships, and products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in skin care.
Qualifications: - Must be a South Carolina licensed esthetician.
- Prior medspa experience is not required but expertise in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microneedling is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
- Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care.
- Prior sales experience and willingness to upsell skin care products.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to the success of the center and a willingness to contribute to its growth.
- Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
- Must be comfortable completing basic administrative tasks like answering phones and scheduling appointments
