We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to serve as a key escalation point for high-level break/fix and maintenance issues within a Global NOC environment. This role requires deep expertise in SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud, and Security, along with the ability to work directly with engineering teams supporting a large-scale global network. The ideal candidate will perform complex analytical duties related to the planning, development, testing, and ongoing evaluation of network systems. You will handle escalations stemming from hardware and software failures, optimize network performance, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
