Full Time Furniture Sales Specialist - MAIN SHOWROOM

As a Darvin sales associate you will be providing clients with home furnishings solutions after gathering information to understand the customer’s need. You may help them furnish a room or an entire house. Our success stems from serving our customers with honesty, courtesy and professionalism. Previous design or retail experience with home furnishings and special orders is required, along with a commitment for career development and a strong desire to succeed. Being highly motivated will be an asset, along with the ability to follow up with each and every customer. Computer literacy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on product features, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance of the showroom floor and ensuring products are properly displayed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in furniture or home decor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for interior design and home furnishings.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
