Staffing & Recruiting | Senior Recruiter @ttg Talent Solutions Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-time Job Summary An internationally recognized provider of maritime safety and life‑saving equipment is seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Sales Executive to lead its Yachting segment and Canada regional sales. Based in Miami, this hybrid role focuses on outside sales, account management, and strategic growth within a specialized market of premium maritime clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in outside sales, be familiar with the yachting industry and Canadian maritime territory, and bring an outgoing, people‑first approach to building lasting customer relationships. This individual will also help manage premium service solutions, including the coordination of special service agreements and support voucher‑based programs for high‑value clients. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across the Yachting segment and the Canadian region. Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients, including shipyards, dealers, service stations, and yacht owners. Promote a full range of maritime safety solutions: life rafts, PPE, boats, davits, and other catalog products. Serve as a key liaison between regional clients and internal teams (service, logistics, and finance). Support and manage ship owner agreements (SOAs) and special service hosting/voucher programs. Track sales activities and customer interactions via CRM; monitor KPIs and pipeline progression. Identify and develop new distribution and partnership opportunities within assigned territories. Attend monthly sales meetings and regional events to report on progress and build market presence. Collaborate with internal departments to support timely delivery, credit coordination, and post‑sales service. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside B2B sales, ideally within maritime or yachting segments. Familiarity with the Canadian market and regional sales practices is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset and an engaging personality. Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and managing client portfolios effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
