Job Description
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Building Nurse for a school. This position plays a vital role in supporting student health and wellness throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide health services and daily care to students.
Administer prescribed medications, including care for a diabetic student requiring daily management.
Maintain accurate health documentation and student records.
Monitor and respond to student health needs during the school day.
Collaborate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in Missouri.
School nursing or pediatric experience preferred (not required).
Strong munication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A caring and student-centered approach to healthcare.
Schedule:
Full-time, school-day hours (aligned with the school district calendar).
