Striv Designs is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Columbus, OH! If you’re passionate about hospitality interiors, thrive in creative collaboration, and have a strong grasp of both design and operational functionality—this is your next move.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through installation
- Develop space plans, finishes, FF&E specs, and millwork details
- Prepare design presentations and procurement packages
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and consultants
- Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control
- Maintain knowledge of major brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)
- Participate in site visits and installation oversight
🔹 What You Bring:
- 6+ years of interior design experience in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience with FF&E sourcing and full construction documentation
- Familiarity with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus)
- NCIDQ certification preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel as needed
