Compensation: $75,000-85,000 based on skill level

About The Role:

We’re looking for a social-first content creator who lives online – someone who instinctively knows what’s trending, what’s funny, and what drives engagement. 

You’ll work closely with our Organic Lead, with support from a graphic designer and copywriter, to turn concepts into high-performing social content while also pitching new ideas and identifying cultural moments and creative opportunities worth jumping on. You should be equally comfortable following a detailed brief as you are pitching and producing your own ideas to create content that feels effortlessly on-brand and natively social.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Produce a high volume of short-form video content and photo carousels quickly for Instagram and TikTok, aligned with our brand’s voice and creative direction
  • Act as a creative generalist with skills in design, videography, and storytelling 
  • Edit video content following brand guidelines and style 
  • Design on-brand carousels, memes, and visual assets 
  • Source and organize footage, imagery, and sounds for upcoming content
  • Ideate, pitch, and produce new ideas for engagement growth 
  • Jump on smart cultural moments and trends with speed and creativity 
  • Stay up to date on platform formats, algorithm shifts, and best practices 
  • Collaborate and occasionally meet in person with the Organic Lead for shoots

About You: 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience creating content for social media (DTC, e-commerce, or health/wellness brands a plus) 
  • Lives and breathes internet, naturally staying on the pulse of culture 
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
  • Skilled in editing on Premiere Pro and CapCut (After Effects is a plus) 
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Canva for quick creative execution
  • Knowledgeable about TikTok and Instagram algorithms and engagement tactics
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to creative direction and feedback
  • Excited to create content that connects with real audiences 

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with wellness, lifestyle, or tech brands 
  • Ability to create light motion graphics or animations in After Effects
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance-driven creative testing
  • Experience with professional camera operation (beyond iPhone)
  • Interest in AI creative tools and emerging tech
