Solution Architect Consultant

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect Consultant to join our team. Remote opportunity (East Coast preferred). Full time or part time.

Summary: As a Solution Architect Consultant specializing in Microsoft AI (Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry), you will design and deliver AI-driven solutions for clients in healthcare, retail, or media. Your expertise in AI, generative AI, and machine learning, combined with Azure technologies, will drive business transformation through strategic consulting and change management.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Partner with clients to align AI solutions with business goals, delivering strategic consultations.
• Business Consulting: Develop business cases and roadmaps for AI adoption, targeting 20-30% cost savings.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable AI solutions using Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services for NLP and generative AI.
• Change Management: Lead training and adoption strategies to ensure seamless AI integration.
• Implementation: Oversee end-to-end AI deployment, ensuring HIPAA compliance and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Cognitive Services.
• 8+ years in business consulting or change management in retail, healthcare.
• Proven track record in AI consulting, implementation and deployments.
• Proficient in Python, C#, or Java and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong client-facing and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and Azure security (Key Vault, Managed Identities).
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).

Primary Location: Pay Range: $80 - $120 per hour (based on experience) 1099/Contractors: No benefits Regular full-time hourly and salaried employee benefits (if scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week): medical, dental, vision, 401k, long term disability, life insurance, holidays, PTO, floating holidays.
