Description

A legal software company located in Raleigh, NC is currently hiring a Sr. UX Researcher for their flagship products, which are making a significant impact in the legal tech market with personalized AI solutions for legal firms and attorneys. One product leverages firms' legal documents to search, draft, summarize, and analyze to prepare documents, while another streamlines tasks, anticipates intent, and delivers a tailored work product.

This Sr. UX Researcher role will be highly valuable for a new product currently in development. Customer research has indicated an opportunity to expand the existing AI product offerings.

The role involves helping shape a more workflow-oriented AI guidance experience. The UX Researcher will assist in understanding the capabilities of the new product and applying customer feedback to influence product design. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies will be used by the UX and data science teams to prioritize product enhancements based on research insights.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
