Responsibilities Identify prospects and establish contact, converting them into clients. Understand clients’ businesses and wealth sources deeply. Anticipate significant financial events in clients' lives and businesses. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Build long-term relationships with client families across generations. Manage client expectations effectively. Ensure financial strategies align with client goals and risk tolerances. Uncover unarticulated client needs. Coordinate with product experts to develop solutions and strengthen relationships. Assist clients in achieving financial and investment goals. Develop tailored investment, risk management, and liquidity solutions. Set and monitor challenging goals, adjusting as needed. Prioritize activities to maximize revenue and satisfaction. Establish referral networks and generate new sales opportunities. Close deals with appropriate concessions. Mentor team members to build credibility and expertise. Promote team success and collaboration. Partner with support groups to resolve issues. Ensure compliance and effective controls. Lead by example in behavior and professionalism. Leverage capabilities across the Citi network. Negotiate with clients and ensure seamless service delivery. Prioritize and escalate issues appropriately. Communicate investment risks clearly. Build credibility and trust within Citi and with clients. Persevere in delivering commitments and flag illegal transactions. Understand the full range of Citi products and services. Identify business opportunities and stay informed on market developments. Communicate complex concepts professionally. Seek continuous improvement and adapt based on feedback. Assess risks carefully, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, especially with UHNW clients. Proven experience in client relationship management and transactions. Strong knowledge of Citi Private Bank systems, platforms, and tools. Fluency in required languages. Creative, innovative, and capable of multitasking. Team player with excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word. Necessary licenses and qualifications for regulated roles. Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
