Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
3–5 years of experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws
Experience in developing data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements
Experience with high-risk privacy issues (AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, kids/teen data)
Strong academic credentials; prior peer law firm experience is a plus
