We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to handle critical title and registration tasks within the automotive industry. The role starts as part-time with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Process and manage vehicle title applications for dealership sales across multiple counties and states.
• Verify and calculate applicable taxes and registration fees to ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and send out title-related documents using FedEx, ensuring timely delivery.
• Issue lien payoff checks and ensure proper handling of financial transactions.
• Record accounting entries for vehicles transitioning from loaner status to used inventory.
• Maintain well-organized title records and communicate effectively with county offices to resolve discrepancies.• Proven experience in title searches and examinations within the automotive or related industry.
• Familiarity with scanning and managing digital title documents.
• Knowledge of auto loan processing and lien payoff procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with external offices.
• Proficiency in handling approved loan documentation and related processes.
