Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios for high-value clients.

• Conduct complex trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement activities.

• Collaborate with cross-border teams on trademark and licensing matters.

• Interact with entertainment industry clients on IP issues (preferred).

• Maintain docket accuracy and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution.

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Strong legal writing, research, and strategic advisory skills.

• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing large trademark portfolios.
