This position is located at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
  • Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.
  • Utilize teaching outline and instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, meetings, and online learning courses to train employees.
  • Conduct training sessions covering new employee orientation, on‑the‑job training, regulation compliance, and other training as needed.
  • Assess trainees’ progress through in-person and online review to evaluate effectiveness of training; make adjustments to training with the assistance of Training Department.
  • Report on progress of employees during training periods.
  • Create, review and revise in-person and online training course materials.
  • Maintain and update online training course records and supply records and materials for compliance purposes.
  • Create and update procedures, directory entries, calendar events and blog posts for the credit union internal website.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
  • Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s degree in Education, Business or a related field.
  • Two years of training or financial institution experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
