Job Details

• Travel Med Surg RN position at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, New Mexico.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, every other week (EOW).
• Floating required but rarely needed, may occasionally float to ICU to take MS Overflow or Step Down patients.
• Patient ratio typically 1:6, sometimes 1:7.
• EMR systems used: Cerner, Mindray Telemetry System.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Schedule Information

• Night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Every other week (EOW) schedule.
• Floating required but rarely needed.

Unit Specific Information

• May occasionally float to ICU to take MS Overflow or Step Down patients.
• Patient ratio usually 1:6, sometimes 1:7.

Additional Details

• Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travelers; agency must be registered with the state of New Mexico due to fingerprint process duration.
• 48-hour guarantees may be accommodated if included in submission.
• Block schedule may be accommodated if days vary week to week.
• No call required.
• Scrubs color: Royal Blue.
