TravelNurseNetwork is working with MedCadre to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Savannah, Georgia, 31405!Pay Information$2,720 to $2,820 per weekAbout The PositionJob Description: Job Title: Registered Nurse - IR (Interventional Radiology) Location: Savannah, GA, 31419 Job Start: ASAP Job Type: 12-Weeks Contractual + Extensions Division: Nursing Care Setting: Acute Shift: Days 4x10 Working Hours: 40 hrs/week; 10 hrs/day Trauma Level: 3 Charting System: MEDITECH - 6.1 Pay Range: $2440/week - $2820/week; $60/hr. - $70/hr.(based on the experience, miles, and working hours). Experience or 'Must have' skills: Sedation—IR experience with sedation and reversals. COVID Card Unit IR:

• suites/labs: 2 at each
• cases per day on average: 5-10 IR, CT 4-7

Job Duties: Candler—holding area where they are prepped for the procedure, then go to the procedure with the patient. Most IR procedures are done at Candler. - Sedation and reversing sedation. Communicate with the Provider about the patient's status and be comfortable giving sedation. Cover CT/Specials/Ultrasound EMR/Equipment: Meditech Interventionalist hours/on call: In house IR Techs: Yes Weeknight Call Requirements: 14-15 days per 12 weeks (including weekends) Weekend/Call Requirements: 2 Weekends per 12 weeks Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotate holiday call. What is call response time? : 30 minutes Floating Requirements: No floating outside IR, but could float between hospitals Unit/Department specific orientation: Dependent on experience. can get 1-2 weeks. Additional Notes: Doctors always want feedback and want the nurses to feel comfortable giving the sedation. Highly skilled radiologists and vascular surgeons- Tenured.
